While diagnosing a ticket that came up for Blue, Brian Wong's
Slendronica #1 came up as having issues rendering in realtime. After
looking at the piece, I think the issue is that the instrument design
uses 100's of pfields (some 180 or so), producing a very high
init-time cost. I've put up a copy of the CSD at
http://kunstmusik.com/slendronica.csd. I thought I'd mention it here
to see if there's anything anyone sees in terms of costs that might be
improved. I plan to take a look with Xcode's profiler on OSX later
today.
