I have a makefile which I used to develop TclCsound, before
I added it to CVS and scons. If it helps I can send it to
you.

Thanks, but I have been successful so far in reading the SConstruct file and
figuring out how to convert the build instructions into projects for my IDE.

I have started to look into compiling TclCsound this afternoon --
reinstalled Tcl/Tk with full sources and all.  I cannot really find any
documentation or examples within the Mac distro though on how to _use_ the
libraries.  Most likely there are some details that differ a little bit for
OS 9 (there always are ...) but I haven't found anything yet.  Will look
online next ...
