I think the problem is the MIDI event sending code that I wrote as a
replacement for your code. Your code was correct and mine is not. I still
want to change the code to use a std::vector collection for VstEvents which
can grow dynamically, and I think I know what the problem with my code is.
I will try to fix it tonight. I will start trying to get the plugin edit
windows to work.

Good. Now most plugins are loading properly here as well, but curiously, 
they seem to be producing no output. It`s odd, blockfish, which loads 
fine on my old sources crashes with the new sources, while claw that 
crashes my old sources loads fine now. Maybe these two plugs hold the 
key... I'll have a better look tomorrow, and I'll start the bank and 
program loading routines.
