In the what's new section of the manual for version 5.14, there are 
links for the new opcodes 'pvsgain' and 'serial', but there are no files 
for those opcodes in the opcodes directory of the manual. Are those xml 
files missing or should I comment out the two link in the what's new 
section?

pvsgain needs a manual page! Sorry about it. I'll see if I can write
