Hi all,

Just FYI: a java bug was reported on Linux with 6.01.0.  I researched
and found that the java wrapper was getting linked with JNI_LIBRARIES.
 However, after trying out various things, I just removed linking with
that and the library both compiled and worked with Blue.

I have added an if-check and if on Linux, it is not linking with
JNI_LIBRARIES. I wasn't sure if this would cause issues on OSX and
Windows so I did not make further changes. I am suspecting though that
we might be able to remove that for all platforms, but it is something
we can look into for after this release.  For now, this change fixes
the generated lib_jcsound6.so on Linux.  (The Cmake change is pushed
to the release branch).
