[Cs-dev] Licences

Subject[Cs-dev] Licences
I just noticed that the files in Opcodes:
  doppler.cpp
  ftest.c
  jacko.cpp
  linear_algebra.cpp
  mixer.cpp
  oggplay.c
  pvlock.c
  signalflowgraph.cpp
do not have a licence statement, and in some cases no
copyright/author. I think we shoudl be consistent about this; could
anyone claiming authorship add the standard stuff?

Also the files
     scansyn.c
     scansyn.h
     scansynx.c
have a non LGPL licence, as the Debian people have noted

I will check the other directories, but they are more likely OK..

Found InOut/widglobals.h
      H/cs_jack.h
      H/csound_orc.h
      H/OpcodeBase.hpp
      H/tok.h
and some generated files

I am the author of doppler, jacko, linear_algebra, mixer, and
signalflowgraph and will add the license stuff.

Thanks,
Mike

pvlock is mine, but it's not functional at the moment.
