I have nothing significant outstanding that has any chance of being
ready for 5.03.  How is everyone else?  I have seem a bug decrease in
commits to CVS but am not sure if that indicates holidays, or
completion or something else.
  I think Michael was doing a new installer?  Anything else?  
I think there is still some confusion about channel numbers in MIDI --
I think we kinda agreed that 1-16 was the correct range with 0 mapped
to 1.  What i am less sure is that this has been done.  I still remain
MIDI-free and do not have example orc to test
