Just noticed the ( new? ) build for 64 bit word option. Has this been 
tested? I have an AMD 64, but I have not yet switched to to Gentoo for 
AMD64 ( didn't look quite ready yet on last check ). Will I see an 
advantage without a 64 bit OS? And what about with it? Does this mean 
it's worth going 64 bit entirely?

I am building on an Athlon64.  Works Ok except for rtAudio with
portaudio but that fails on 32bit RedHat7.1 as well
