Hi All,

I'd like that a convention be followed where we add library
dependencies as part of the option description string in SConstruct.
For example, includeWii mentions libwiimote, CsoundAC mentions Boost,
etc.  For the linear algebra opcodes I had to look at SConstruct to
see it depends on libgmm.  It'd be nice to have a convention where the
option description mentions something like "xxx (Requires: a, b, c)".

Thoughts?
