This happens when the SourceForge servers go off line, as they do at times 
for maintenance. So far they've always come back up in about a day.

SourceForge usually updates their site status (from the main sourceforge 
page, it's on the left hand side) with CVS outages and other things. 
There seems to have been something on the 19th that affected pserver and 
webcvs repositories that started with c and other letters.  No mention 
yet of anything related to what is going on now.

If there isn't any change in site status or things don't come back on, 
we should log a report with them to get their attention.
