| I added a makefile that generates a compressed disk image of flCsound
for MacOS X similar to the one that supports the generation of an NSIS
Windows installer for flCsound. I have only remote access to a
machine running MacOS X, so I don't know how to test the generated
image. The application bundle's Info.plist file was constructed by
hand, and it may contain errors. This is my first attempt to create
an application bundle.
If this makefile is debugged, it will be easy for me to build a binary
distribution of flCsound for the Mac as part of my usual release
procedure. In fact, it will be even easier than it is for Windows.
The original reason I connected to the MacOS X machine was to test the
distribution. I found that without fltk-config on my path,
csound-4.23f12gbs.9 built an X11 enabled system, and when I put
fltk-config on my path, it correctly build a system that did not
include X11 support, that is, FLTK used the native window system. The
distribution seems to be working well on MacOS X.
