| That's strange, because apart from fixing the bits that did not
work, I did not do anything else to the code. In addition, Michael
Gogins has incorporated my fixes, as far as I know.
Perhaps Michael will have some clues as to what it's needed for
full support. The difference in size of the DLLs has to do with them
being built with different compilers, so the MSVC might depend more
on system DLLs than the mingwn, which probably has more static code
in it.
I'll see what I can find out.
