I think I have fixed this. It is tagged csound5_06. I do not have x86_64, so 
I can't test it, but it is a simple fix. If my fix doesn't work I'm sure you 
can figure out what to do.

I had no problems at all building and running CsoundVST (csound5_06) on 
Ubuntu 6.10 with Python 2.5. I simply did a clean and rebuild.

I do not have time to attend to the Debian package tonight, but I will start 
tackling this in the next few days. No idea how long it will take.
