I think there was a problem with pitchamdf, and it
has been
fixed. John has the details.

Hi all,
I've got a big audio crash with pitchamdf when
running an old script that was working fine before... I tried with the example
in the manual and got the same crash. This happens with Csound 5.09, I came
back to 5.08 and everything work fine. Can someone take a look?
