| There is a partly functional CFFI binding for Csound 5. As far as Csound is concerned, Python and Lisp are both alive and well. The fact the Common Music is a Lisp program makes Lisp inevitable.
The latest CVS versions of CFFI break Csound's Lisp binding, however. It would be fantastic if you could take a look at this -- the binding is generated by SWIG, perhaps there are better ways of doing this, perhaps UFFI is better, I don't know.
My goal is to have to Common Music 'output stream' or whatever it's called for Csound 5 using the Lisp binding directly (the existing Csound stream shells out to run Csound in a separate process).
