Hi all,

I've added a Doxyfile into the csound5 cvs root.  It's a file for use
with doxygen to generate source code documentation.  Commenting such as
that found in the csound.h is pulled by doxygen to generate nice docs
(IMO).  

Sometime in the future I will be spending time to document the Engine
files with doxygen compatibile comments (it's an exercise for myself to
learn the source code better, hopefully will help others too).  

The settings for the doxyfile are pretty heavy; feel free to edit them. 
For reference, I used a program called doxywizard to generate the
Doxyfile as it's easy to set the settings that way.  Doxygen can also
output to xml, rtf, man, and other formats.
