I have just discovered cctools, which is an integrated software development environment that runs on Android devices, including my Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone. I had no idea something like this existed (although I was sure something like it WOULD exist someday). I don't have more experience with it than loading, editing, compiling, and building some of the examples (LuaJIT and C++), but it does seem to work.
The thing has its own package manager for downloading and installing tools, libraries, etc. (a lot of stuff, of course). I just now installed and used the CLang C++ compiler, and the SDL "plugin".
Has anyone on these lists used cctools or heard about it?
Feedback appreciated. As I am one of the developers of Csound6 for Android, which already comes with LuaJIT, my head is spinning.
