It is revealed when "csound -z" but there is no manual page (nor an example)
for it.

Looking at th ecode it takes exactly th esame arguments as doppler
Apart fromj thta the code is in C++ and beyond me

doppler2 should be removed, I will take care of it.It's an alternative
implementation of doppler but it doesn't work.
