OK - I'd like to make an official request that this "numbering problem" be
fixed for .csd files. (The "included files" issue could be left for later if
it is too much trouble, as I'm sure this does not impact nearly as many
users - including myself.)

Of course, it would be nice if this change could be made in as *many*
current versions of Csound as possible - but certainly all the canonicals.
