There are two versions of CsoundVST in CVS, one in the csound module and the
other in the csound5 module. I have been talking about the one in the
csound5 module which is the only one with a working scons build system at
this time. The one in the csound module probably does have a Dev-C++/mingw
build system, however.

Where is the csound5 module located?
