Subject[Cs-dev] turnoff2 for named instruments
hi all -

could turnoff2 be extended to accept named instruments? i would like to
write something like

turnoff2 "cue4a", 0, 0

instead of

icue4a nstrnum "cue4a"
turnoff2 icue4a, 0, 0

best -

	joachim

Done. Now turnoff2 can take both a string or a number for its instrument parameter. Manual needs updating.
