I've fixed two bugs that made Cscore rather unusable. **  It seems to work
quite well now, both as a standalone score processor and when called from
Csound with the -C flag.  There is some more work that could be done to make
cscoreListPlay() work in a reasonable way in standalone mode and to make
multiple instances of Cscore possible.

With Csound 5, the main program for standalone Cscore is now just another
client of the API.  So, I would like to put it into the frontends/ directory
of the source tree.  I have added the files to frontends/cscore/ but I am
unable to remove the existing versions in Top/ because my CVS client won't
remove files correctly.

Could someone please remove the following files from csound5 CVS for me?

Top/cscore.c
Top/cscormai.c

In addition, the files in util1/cscore are VERY old (pre-Csound 4 at least)
and are no longer needed.  Could someone please remove this directory and
its contents?

I have also added a number of examples for Cscore to examples/cscore/ and
will be adding some more in the near future.  Manual updates are nearly
finished too.

** These bugs were introduced by changes to rdscor() and the EVTBLK struct
shared by Csound and Cscore.  It would be helpful in the future if people
not change these without considering the effect on Cscore. Thanks. ^_^
