I am building libfluidOpcodes.so in my 4 packages

At present I am not including the header files -- are they needed?  I
thought they were a developer item.

I updated the manual just now btw.  Mainly more cross-referencing and
a typo fix.

Yes, I think the headers are very important on all platforms
(windows too! whoever is preparing that please don't forget to
include them and, if possible, link libraries for the DLLs).

This is what I included in the OSX package:

binaries (floats)
Csound library
Wrappers library (C++, Java, Python and Lisp)
Tclcsound
csoundapi~
headers
Manual
examples

In terms of optional opcodes/modules:
-Jack
-OSC
-fluidsynth
-python opcodes
