The CsoundAC changes were made to enable an MSVC build of CsoundAC. Similar changes also should be made to csnd.

On the other hand, if I had understood the SCons/MSYS/MinGW toolchain better, I would have simply been able to upgrade MinGW and build without dragging in MSVC. I thought the MSYS/MinGW build didn't work with newer versions, but it does.

But on the other hand, I think the MSVC build is better and will turn out to be worth it...
