I wasn't aware that somebody had created an install target, and I don't
know why they would omit CsoundVST if they did create one, but I will add
it. Thanks for the information.

  The scons install process doesn't currently install the CsoundVST 
binary and its necessaries (CsoundVST.py, _CsoundVST.so). It would be 
nice if that were added to the installation targets.
