As far as I can see PVOCEX files Csound uses always
hold frame data as 32-bit floats. Internally, too,
pvoc data is always 32-bit, no matter what version.

Since Csound5 has given up using the old non-portable
pv format and pvanal etc now just use PVOCEX, I think
these lines are out-of-date.
