Subject[Cs-dev] Towards release
At present it seems that the turnoff problem is all that is left?

(*thinking aloud*)
I started to look at this. First hypothesis turned out to be wrong,
but the effect is clear; the sine wave jumps to zero for 9 samples,
and then continues as it should have for 10 samples, but too big as if
the ga0 = 0 was not done and the signal accumulated. Then returns to
correct values. Seems as if for one who cycle instr5 was not run
following the instr4 turnoff. Suggests that the xturnoff or turnoff
code is not resetting a pointer correctly so it thinks inst5 has run
