I have committed a few fixes to Csound5:

   * real time MIDI input buffering bug (some note events were dropped)
     is fixed
   * improved device numbering in PortMIDI plugin, as suggested by
     Art Hunkins
   * fixed soundout opcode (writes raw mono sound file)
   * fixed FLTK crash in ButtonSched()
   * removed a few static variables from MIDI code

Just added:
     * fixed bug in closing sound output file
     * clip integer format sound files
