I have pushed into the GIT repository for the canonical Csound
reference manual changes required to document the new Lua opcodes.

I will now be proceeding to a complete build of Csound for the new
version installers. I have so far updated the toolchain and third
party libraries and I have a preliminary build. I will keep updating
this build until we tag the new release.
