The patch that was floating about last week (?) for MacOSX does not
work, in the sense that it totally destroys Linux and other builds.

The point is that the MacOSX version uses callbacks for audio, and so
has to define its own main function.  This is defined in rtcore.c as
it is totally tied into the RTAUDIO.  I suppose it should have a
RTAUDIO&&MACOSX test at some place.
