I did an update tonight and received this compile-time error:

Error   : undefined identifier 'SF_FORMAT_SD2'
argdecode.c line 302   (SF_FORMAT_SD2 >> 16)


I had been using libsndfile 1.0.10 but that version apparently did not have
the complete SD2 support.  As mentioned before, I don't think that I can
update to the latest version.  I managed to find a 1.0.11 tarball, I hope
that that will work ...

Versions 1.0.12 and later no longer support MacOS 9.

I did get 1.0.11 to compile and Csound with it.  I'm testing it right now,
and so far everything seems good.  (Except the SD2 format that I knew would
not work correctly).
