Changes to SConstruct since my last change of 9/2/2010 have broken the
build on Linux and possibly on other platforms as well.

The indentation in the file is no longer correct. I am going to
attempt to make the file work again without breaking it for other
people. If I can't do that, I will revert the head to the last version
that worked for me.

We are all using indent=4 spaces, no tabs, right?

I changed SConstruct yesterday and today to fix the OSX build which  
was broken. It's building fine on OSX, but if you do a diff you might  
find what is the matter elsewhere.

I have also switch the 'autoadd' parameter off for the musicxml check  
so Csound can be built on Ubuntu without musicxml (see yesterday's  
message exchange with Rory Walsh).
