| I believe it's just a case of using hash instead of // to comment out
a line. I fixed it like that. Also had to place back the protection
against SWIG in csound.h for OSX spinlocks (csound won't build
otherwise) and comment out the repeat definition of thread barriers in
Top/threads.c. Now it builds. Committe changes to CVS.
