I just updated and rebuilt QuteCsound for float and double from SVN head on 
Windows with MinGW/MSys.

There appears to be a bug in that QuteCsound crashes while launching 
external editors and players. The editor and player launch and work, but 
QuteCsound exits.

I am hoping this will be fixed soon so that I can upload Windows installers 
with current QuteCsound, which in other ways is a real improvement.

I don't have a backtrace. I can say that this crash occurs when you
render using the Csound API, either with or without separate thread,
but not when rendering in an external shell.
