as currently written there is no check that the outputs exist to be
written to.  eg if nchnls is 4 and the call is
        k1 = 4
        outrg k1, a1, a2
csound will crash as there is no channel 5

I consider this unsatisfactory.  Options include

a) letting it crash 
b) truncating any excess audio
c) wrapping after nchnls

What do people think is best?  I have coded b), a) is current.  Is c)
better?
