I have, as I promised, added the SDFT to the sources, currently
protected by the BETA flag.  The effect is that if the overlap is
less than ksmps or less than 11 the PVS operations occur on a sample
by sample basis.  It is transparent mostly.

Currently pvsanal, pvsynth, pvscent, pvsfreeze, pvsbin and pvstencil are
believed to be functional.  In addition there are a-rate versions of
pvscent and pvsbin.

I will add the other PVS operations as I get time.

Note that this operation is not fast, but it does allow some amazing
effects.
