Will there be csound~ 's and Csound for iOS updates offered with this 6.07 release?
- and will the latest CsoundQt be a part of it? Hope so. -dB On Fri, Mar 25, 2016 at 12:33 PM, Victor Lazzarini <Victor.Lazzarini@nuim.ie> wrote: How close are we to the windows package being ready to go? Not tomorrow, probably not the next day. I would prefer to do a beta release in a few days for a couple of weeks before doing a final release. Right now I am trying to a fix a bug in CsoundQt, which crashes in the settings dialog, or when running, if stkops.dll is in the PATH. I should probably upload a beta tomorrow and let other people find bugs too. Ok, we will wait until you have tested your Windows package. Just let us know when you are ready. We have agreed that this will be the first full release on github. I guess we can plan the closing of the sourceforge site after that. John said he would host the older releases. That sounds good. I think I have identified the stkops bug. There may be a new bug in csoundGetEnv. I wonder if it is returning a zero length string when it used to return null if the environment variable did not exist in Csound's table. There is still an issue with envelope generators. I keep looking at xdsr and get confused. I think the init function needs a complete rewrite. Know nothing about te othersuspects having never used them or noted teir existence. ==John On Fri, 25 Mar 2016, Victor Lazzarini wrote: > How close are we to the windows package being ready to go?
