I'd just like to mention that I have built csound with the latest swig 
(1.3.31) and
python 2.5 on windows (mingw) and can report that I got it to work.

The only thing is that Python 2.5 does not seem to load *.dll modules. 
Initially,
I could not make it to work as the interpreter kept complaining that it 
could not
find _csnd.

So I renamed it  _csnd.pyd  and then the interpreter was happy.  Does anyone
know whether now modules have to be named only *.pyd on all platforms (I am too
lazy to go read the release notes...)?

Anyway, apart from that minor thing, it works.
