I have uploaded a new file release of Csound 5 and CsoundVST for Windows,
csound5-mingw-2004-05-31.zip, to http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/csound.

This release includes the fof2 opcode in ugens7.dll, and the binaries have
been stripped of debugging information to reduce download size. All sources
are also included, current as of Mon May 31 17:16:23 EST 2004.
