For the passign opcode we need a type for repeated i-rate.  We have m
(repeated a-rate), z for k-rate.... so I attempted to add I for
repeated irate.  However I keep getting the arguments found of type r
(restricted) rather that i:  with some tracing......

tfound_m=20 tfound=72
tfound_m=20 treqd=49 table=44
error:  output arg 'iv5' illegal type, line 7:
 iv1,iv2,iv3,iv4,iv5 passign 

20 is 'r', 44 is i or S which is what I want.  

Does anyone understand this code?  I used to but it has totally
changed since I last looked.
