Err, yeah, me (I think).

It works in the pre-release, but the pre-release needs a little
more work until its ready for a full release. Unfortunately, my
free time to work on this is currently very limited.

And it relies on the current SVN head of libvorbis. The last release
of libvorbis is not const correct at the API level and causes compile
warnings in libsndfile.
