Everyting but OSC and the PD module builds. The PD module will build if I 
get the PD sources, I think.

Csound itself runs, it renders Trapped in real time. Python modules crash. 
Csound5gui freezes and then crashes. Debugging (the holy grail of this 
effort) is still not enabled (thanks to Python I have to do a release build 
but with debugging information).

Still, progress. Once I get debugging enabled it should go pretty fast.
