| Hi All,
I remember back in the day that Istvan would cross-compile a windows
build from Linux. I thought I'd take a look to see what the current
state of things is. I found this article on using toolchain files for
cross-compiling:
http://www.cmake.org/Wiki/CmakeMingw
I also noted these packages in Debian:
p mingw-w64 - Development
environment targetting 32- and 64-bit Wi
p mingw-w64-dev - Development files for
MinGW-w64 (transitional packag
p mingw-w64-i686-dev - Development files for
MinGW-w64 targeting Win32
p mingw-w64-tools - Development tools for
32- and 64-bit Windows
p mingw-w64-x86-64-dev - Development files for
MinGW-w64 targeting Win64
p mingw32 - Minimalist GNU win32
(cross) compiler
p mingw32-binutils - Minimalist GNU win32
(cross) binutils
p mingw32-ocaml - OCaml cross-compiler
based on mingw -- dummy transit
p mingw32-runtime - Minimalist GNU win32
(cross) runtime
I'm curious to know if anyone has given this a try. I think it would
be rather nice to be able to compile for 32-bit and 64-bit windows
from Linux.
Thanks,
steven
