Hi All,

I've committed a script in csound6/android/downloadDependencies.sh.
This script will git clone all dependencies into NDK_MODULE_PATH. The
script currently pulls libsndfile-android, fluidsynth-android (I just
put this up on bitbucket at
https://bitbucket.org/kunstmusik/fluidsynth-android), and luajit-2.0.

This should hopefully make the dependencies easier to deal with for
Csound for Android.
