Hi All,

For the example Dave Philips gave, I was looking at the fluidOpcodes and 
put in some logging statements here and it seems that when notes are 
read from a Midi file, the offtim is incorrect and seems to show up as 
either -1 or 6000.  (this is reading from p->h.insdshead->offtim from 
within the opcode).  So the notes are releasing pretty much as soon as 
they start, hence no output for Dave's examples.

Just a heads up; I haven't time this evening to look further into, but 
perhaps may know quickly what is going on.  I'll be taking a look again 
tomorrow.
