I have created a file release for Csound 5 for Windows, in the CsoundVST
module of the files section on http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/csound.

This zip file contains both prebuilt binaries for Windows, compiled with
MinGW, and all sources, suitable for building on Windows, Linux, and
possibly OS X.

The zip file contains both all of Csound5, and CsoundVST, with some
examples for both.

Most things appear to be working, but a lot more testing is required. The
main drawback is that Windows audio uses the mmsystem library only, the
ASIO and DirectX implementations of PortAudio do not work with MinGW at
this time, so live latency on Windows is not so good. I am pursing the
matter.

When I get a chance, probably early next week, I will make a similar file
release with prebuilt binaries for i386 Linux.
