I've capitalized the documentation for FL opcodes to make them
compatible with blue. Please let me know if something didn't work or is
missing.

I noticed this large WAV file in the manual CVS module; is it intentionally
there ? And, if not, should it be deleted ?

As the subject says, the file name is manual/examples/deleteme.
Anyway, I already deleted it.
