Hi,

Downloaded the 6.02 manual source and built both html and html-onechunk
fine.

Had some issues with the pdf version on Mac OSX 10.9 with macports
version of docbook-xsl@1.78.1_0 and fop-0.20@0.20.5_0 (Makefile suggests
using the 0.20 branch of fop rather than 1.0).  Got past Java heap
exhaustion by setting FOP_OPTS=-Xmx384m as suggested in the readme but...

It seems like there are duplicate id's declared in the source for:
FlagsDaemon, IndexDaemon, FlagsMinusPort, IndexMinusPprt,
FlagsMinusSched, IndexSchedule, and IndexTurnoff.  Got the pdf to gen by
renaming (both instances of) the second occurance of each in the .fo
file.  Not sure what I'm going to do with the 3,296 page pdf but I have
one now.

Submitted this as a ticket against Manual on the sourceforge tracker.
