libpng seems likely to build on everything, so what's the problem? In general, I think Csound should include things by default rather than exclude them. It's supposed to have the most opcodes, the most power, etc., etc.

The new image opcodes have brought in new dependencies (libpng); while it
seems OK to get and build libpng, I would like to see an option in scons
to disable the build so that we don't require this on a base system. Perhaps
the option should default to "0" (don't build it).
