Does the .deb binary package include Tclcsound?
If not, would it be possible to provide it. I'm
thinking here that we are going to release Cecilia,
which requires it, so it would be nice to have it
there too.

I think not; this whole area is a bit of a mystery, but I think that
the script install.py is what sets it up, and that has a list
